God is soooo good! i am super excited! So a bit ago Trylla was telling me that we weren't getting a lot of donations. But there is too much else to think about so I just told God and didn't do anything about it. Well soon someone I least expected sent a check for 1000 and then um, hehe! we got a check for 10,000!! And again totally unexpected! He had to actually tell us to check the mail box and when Trylla did it was there! Are we blessed or what! Especially cause everything is starting to happen and now is when we need the money!
So we did our third training today and it was awesome!! Michael translated and it was so nice to have him helping! Things go so smoothly and it's great for the next time he goes to the province to train. He'll be ready. Last time he went 1 week ago, he went to a province where there are land mines and did training. he emailed me for my first aid and birth control training and came back with a back of supplies. The supplies were stuff I wanted! So YAY! They were things that can be more expensive to buy, but now we have them! Anyways we were talking about doing a medical camp.
The same week I was talking to Tharanga and he wants to do medical camp in mondalkiri! So yay! Medical camps to do and equipment and money to do them and just today it was confirmed that a doctor is coming to help in mid-sept to mid-Oct. So perfect timing for our camps!!! and the ARMS team is coming soon after she comes so we could have an extra doctor for them too.
So this week we did outreach at the beer gardens again. L called the same day and so we went and confirmed friday. Then we went to another beer garden and they were so excited. So I have been wondering what would happen today and praise God hehe! and his ways. So Michael and I have been talking about starting a church for some time. I wasn't ready and too stressed the first trip, but since I got back i have been suggesting we do it, but Michael has been stalling. So today no girls showed up, even the excited one who has been calling regularly got called away on an emergency, but 3 boys showed up. hehe! i have been telling Michael that we want to reach the girls, not the guys who aren't being exploited. But he like me likes to help everyone and he didn't translate what I said. So they showed up. hehe! So of course I couldn't turn them away. I saw one for his medical issues and then evaluated their english skills and only one would fit our class anyways so I told them if they were interested they could come this saturday for church hehe! We talked stories, prayed and had a great time. One of the guys couldn't understand how we could help people for free. hehe! So I got to share about God's unconditional love for us and how He provides and today's email with all that money was just perfect in it's timing! :)
So I am going to be busy, but it's perfect cause as the trainings are getting manageable and almost done in terms of the curriculum, everything else can start! GOD is awesome!
