Sapna
President and Founder
I was blessed to grow up in a loving and supportive family. My parent’s desire was to make all their children’s dreams come true. My Dad came to America with nothing and through an education, hard work and dedication he gave all his children a wonderful childhood and a future of endless possibilities. Together my parents taught us the key to success in life: love. Our house was always open to others and my parents were the perfect gracious hosts. I watched my parents give, give and give. They gave to our family back in India and educated, housed and paid for the weddings of countless family members. Every summer they would take us to India and have us participate in feeding the poor in the city and leper colonies. They taught us every person, no matter how poor or insignificant in the eyes of others, is a person of great value and should be honored and treasured. Save Each One was founded because of the seeds they planted in me long ago.

My greatest joy is helping others and sharing God's love in practical ways with them. I have been priveleged to have seen life lacking the basic necessities of life and having plenty. During my time of need people came to my aid and that is why I am where I am today. My heart goes out to those in need because I have lived that life and have been blessed by God putting people in my life who care. Now it's my turn to bless others.

God created me with a passion to help people. Over the years I have tried to escape this, but it is who I am. I have volunteered my time and skills in many different ways over the years with the purpose of showing the love of God to people. My primary outreach has been based here in the United States doing things like tutoring youth, serving food to rehabilitating drug addicts and those who are homeless. I often have my hands in many different pots trying to save the world one person at a time. This is why I believe that it was time for me to serve with Save Each One. I believe in the mission and the leadership behind it and plan on doing whatever I can to help you believe in it also.

I am blessed to have a lovely family that adopted me and made me one of their own. We moved to Cambodia when I was nine years old and I am living there with my 8 sisters and loving parents. It was hard when we first got here but soon we opened a daycare for kids that dig through the trash to get their money. That was a great experience for all of us. Since then we have found a great school, learned to get around and love being in Cambodia. I hope to become a doctor someday! I like playing soccer and basketball, but best of all I like helping other people.

Dental Consultant
Dentistry has been an amazing tool to help me impact others in a very basic, visceral way, and make lives better. I've been fortunate enough to be a part of dental missions to Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, and Brazil. Those experiences have left me humbled, grateful, and hungry to do more. It's been important to me to find a way to effect people for the long term and start saving teeth instead of extracting them. I believe that the first step in providing dental care is patient education. If you can change the way someone thinks about their teeth, then you can change the way they take care of their teeth. Through Save Each One, we can save one tooth at a time.
